Drying Staves

We are looking into custom kiln drying staves. Anybody have any suggestions on the drying process. Is it a standard quarter sawn drying schedule or something different.

JSears,
One key thing is species.  I assume this is white oak.  If so, it requires great care and I suggest finding the correct MC-based schedule in "Dry Kiln Schedules for Commercial Woods" and following it using kiln samples.  If this doesn't make any sense, please ask more questions or give me a call.  541-seven-5-two-O6Four8.

I dry lumber for the biggest quartersawn white oak company in the US. So we know how to dry white oak. But been doing some research and alot of companies dry staves a little different but they wont explain why.
