What is the minimum temperature needed in the kiln to kill all wood pests?

135F should kill insects and eggs (our entomologist actually says 125F so I always say 135F for CYA purposes)  This needs to be throughout the interior of the wood (not the kiln air temperature).

The APHIS protocol is 56C at center of the piece (the core) for 30 minutes.

None of these kill "all" pests.  Some fungal spores will resist.  If the wood is kept dry, however, these do not germinate.
