That's a very difficult question to answer. Ye, I think the answer is no. (Not really sure)
When you increase the depression using a given dry bulb temp one type of effect will be generated.
If you just raise the dry bulb temp and create a new depression I dont think it is the same. The reason is that when you increase the dry bulb temp you will also affect the wet bulb temp. It will go up as well to some degree because the air is simply hotter.
