Moisture meter questions

 I have a question on the L622 and the L612, here at our plant we have both meters and my question is, it is stated that these meters read accurately no matter wood temperature.  Well every time I go to check wood coming out of the planer and the wood is cold or even frozen the meters shut off and all my data is lost what am I doing wrong if anything.  I do this process every day and the only time I lose data is when it is cold.  Yes I have checked and replaced batteries.  I guess I have another question we have the Stat Pak Program, now will the program need to be updated when we use the L622 or is it still compatiable.

Sorry to hear you are having these issues with your meter.  This is not expected behavior, so you should please call Wagner Meters and ask for technical support to resolve your issue(s).  Any version of stat-pak should work with an L622, but maybe you can ask about getting an upgrade when you call tech support: 1.800.634.9961

Please let me know how make out with our Tech support department and/or if you do not get your situations addressed appropriately.
